These apartments are huge and gorgeous! They are "owned" by NYU who covets them as perks for their employees and constantly hounds and harasses rent stabilized tenants to leave so they can then have the apartments for their own. I wish you had photos of the interiors.<br /><br />There was a famous black artist living 2 floors above me and I can't recall his name. But Craig Bushnell Harmon was actually Harmon Bushnell Craig and would have graduated Harvard in 1919, if he had lived.
