I...Love your articles on Greenwich Village houses. I lived at 11 Commerce St. at the time that it was sold in 2002 . The Riddle renovation you reference was done by the fellow who bought in 2002 and then sold for the higher price. Perhaps that's what you meant. I always have wondered if the houses east of #9 were also Oakley houses? They were torn down to make way for the 7th ave. south extension but I have no idea if they were the same style.
