Wrought iron balcony off the master bedroom. Lived there with 4 other Eastern Airlines flight attendants. Little Irish pub across the street, NY Pizzeria across the street also. We were told the building was once used as a storage and processing facility when President Eisenhower (I think it was) called in all gold, which was then melted down in that building, deep in the heart of New York City’s financial district. There was a little door in the "patio" that led to a passageway that ran south down the block under the sidewalk. Real spooky.
