The Simeon B. Chapin house on the north shore of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin - built in 1898 by Chapin and designed by the renowned Chicago architect Benjamin Marshall (who was also the architect of Chicago's Drake, Blackstone and Edgewater Beach hotels) - never went by the name "Black Point". It was, and still is, named Flowerside Inn, and remains a private residence.
